Terms and Conditions: Club Secure Member Agreement By completing the membership registration process, you expressly agree to be bound by the general Secure Parking Privacy Policy, the Secure Parking Terms of Use and any other terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers displayed elsewhere on the Secure Parking web site. If you object to these terms and conditions or any subsequent modifications to them, or become dissatisfied with your membership of Club Secure in any way, your only remedy is to immediately: a) discontinue your use of the Secure Parking web site; and b) terminate your membership of Club Secure by notifying Secure Parking in writing Membership Information It is a condition of Membership that a Member consents and authorises Secure Parking to provide the information on their application form to Partners and any other person (including agents and contractors) for the purpose of: (a) Secure Parking providing services & offers to Members; (b) Secure Parking improving its customer service, including by means of research, marketing, product development and planning; (c) Secure Parking marketing its products or services or the products or services of its partners; and (d) any third party providing services to Secure Parking and Members in connection with the administration of Club Secure. When registering as a member of Club Secure, you must provide Secure Parking with accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested. It is your responsibility to inform Secure Parking of any changes to that information. You may do this at any time by clicking on the 'Change member details' section on the Club Secure home page. All personal information that you provide to Secure Parking, as a member will be treated in accordance with the Secure Parking Privacy Policy. Username and Password Once you become a member of Club Secure, you will receive a username and a password. It is your responsibility to ensure that these remain confidential at all times since you are entirely responsible for all activities which occur under your username and password. Each username and password must be used by a single user and is not transferable. Club Secure Club Secure is a free service that provides you with special offers and parking discounts in areas in which you have indicated an interest. In order to receive these special offers, you must be a Club Secure Member and provide Secure Parking with personal information that includes: first name, surname, email address, gender, date of birth, postcode, phone numbers, employment status, lifestyle choices/interests and preferred car park. Secure Parking will only send you those offers that match the interests you have selected. Members are able to change preferences or opt-out of Club Secure at any time.
