What is it?
Early Bird Parking is a cheaper parking deal that’s perfect for CBD workers that want the convenience of parking close to work but also want the convenience of choosing the days that they drive to work.
When you park Early Bird you need to enter and exit the car park during specified times in the morning and afternoon.
These entry and exit times are ideal for CBD workers but may differ at each car park, so be sure to check the Early Bird conditions before you enter your preferred car park.
Who is it for?
Anyone parking for work in the CBD Monday to Friday that will leave their car from the morning to late afternoon.
Weekly or Monthly deals might suit you better if:
Use a car park 5 days a week normal office hours – Weekly Early Bird
Always park in the same car park – Weekly Early Bird or Monthly Parking
Need to enter and exit at different times – Monthly Parking
WHERE IS IT AVAILABLE
Early Bird Parking is available at selected Secure Parking car parks in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Gold Coast and other cities across Australia and New Zealand. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
When you park within the Early Bird Parking entry and exit conditions it is considerably cheaper than the Standard Tiered (hourly) rates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER OR LEAVE OUTSIDE OF THE EARLY BIRD HOURS?
The Early Bird rate will no longer apply and you will be required to pay the Standard Tiered (hourly) rate that applies to the car park you are in.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO LEAVE IN AN EMERGENCY?
In emergency or other valid circumstances, where you need to leave quickly, we ask you to;
- Pay the hourly rate that applies as you leave. This enables you to quickly deal with the emergency at that time.
- Contact us on 1300 727 483 and submit proof of emergency (the medical certificate) and payment
- We will review your personal circumstances and issue a refund on a case-by-case basis
