We currently have vacancies for Full Time Customer Service Officers in North Sydney and Sydney CBD.

The position will entail but not limited to the following:

  • First point of contact for customers on arrival at car park
  • Parking cars and suitably storing keys
  • Car retrieval and final contact with customers
  • Finalising shifts reports and performance reports
  • Liaison with management on issues associated with the car park

To be considered for this type of role you must possess the following:

  • Current, valid NSW Drivers Licence
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
  • Exceptional driving history
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Immaculate Presentation
  • Commitment and dedication
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Customer service experience
