Cellarmasters Terms and Conditions

  1. DELIVERY & HANDLING FEE: Delivery charge applies to each case, plus a handling fee of $1.20 per case to metro areas or $1.40 per case to regional areas to cover picking, storing and packing and full replacement in case of theft or loss in transit.   2. AVAILABILITY: This offer is valid until 5th February 2016 while stocks last. If stocks are unavailable we’ll make an alternative offer available.

  3. CLICK & COLLECT: orders qualify for free delivery. A handling fee of $1.20 or $1.40 per case applies.

  4. SAVINGS: are calculated on per-case discount price compared to single bottle price. All cases contain 12 bottles unless otherwise specified. To purchase single bottles at full price call 1800 505 250.

  5. DELIVERY TIMES: Allow 5-10 days to metropolitan areas, 16 days elsewhere. In regional areas, delivery may be made to your local agent.

  6. DELIVERY ENQUIRIES: To track your order log in to your account at cellarmasters.com.au or call 1800 500 260. Important: In the event of theft or breakage, contact Cellarmasters within 7 days.

  7. YOUR PRIVACY: At Cellarmasters we believe that what you get up to in private is your business (we just hope that it also involves a glass or two of good wine).
