Peter Anson – Chief Executive Officer
Peter commenced his role as Chief Executive Officer of Secure Parking in April 2018.
He is an experienced CEO with extensive experience working within private and ASX listed technology companies across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the United Kingdom.
The focus of his previous roles has been the provision of Business-to-Business Services including Marketing Communications, e-Commerce, Data Insights & Analytics, Information Technology, Business Process Outsourcing, Digital Communication Solutions and Software as a Service. Specific market sectors spanned Banking and Financial services, State & Federal Government, Retail and SME.
He is passionate about developing high performing teams and driving exceptional customer experience, believing that it is essential to put the customer at the centre of everything we do.
Neal Smylie - Chief Financial Officer
Neal is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the company and the implementation of its strategic plan. Neal brings with him 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector, having previously worked at senior levels for Australian Wealth Management Limited (an ASX 300 company, which he helped list) and its various associated companies, most recently as its Chief Financial Officer.
Neal started his career in external auditing where he had responsibility for a range of financial and efficiency audits. Neal holds a Bachelor of Economics, Master of Business Administration and is a Fellow of the Australian Society of CPAs.
Peter Seales - NSW / ACT General Manager
Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce and has many years’ experience in management across a variety of businesses including finance, retail and service industries. Peter worked in Hong Kong for many years in Operations. The wealth of knowledge he gained from this experience is of great benefit to Secure Parking and our clients.
Peter oversees the operational implementation and ongoing review of the car park processes and procedures. Peter provides the link between the car park operations and liaises with management.
Scott Rush - VIC / TAS General Manager
With a depth of knowledge gained from both car park management and commercial real estate, Scott has a comprehensive understanding of the Melbourne Market.
Supporting industry knowledge, Scott has a Masters Degree in Marketing and a genuine commitment to exceeding the expectations of all his clients
Clint Watts – WA / SA General Manager
As General Manager WA/SA, Clint oversees the management of both the WA and SA portfolios. Clint has 8 years of experience within the parking industry, gained from managing and operating key sites across both states. Clint has a Bachelor of Commerce and is focused on ensuring your asset reaches it full potential.
Darlene Winston - Head of People and Culture
Darlene will be overseeing the transformation of culture at Secure Parking through leadership teams, driving sales and commercial benefits through alignment of strategic direction as well as building business plans across all disciplines but in particular People, Sales and Marketing, Innovation and Safety.
Darlene is professional leader that strategically transforms businesses working alongside of Managing Directors, CEO and Executive Leadership teams. With over 20 years of demonstrated commercial benefits over eleven sectors that have enabled businesses to move forward locally and globally.
With a key capability in managing large scale, complex programs across Asia Pacific and Europe, living and working across Europe and Asia has provided Darlene with exceptional insights into how to drive global transformation programs.
Andrew Sapir - Corporate Marketing Manager
Andrew brings over 20 years experience working from both an Advertising Agency and Client side with some of Australia’s big brands such as Australia Post, Star City Casino, Acer Computers and Vodafone. He has been responsible for major product launches, rebranding projects and award-winning national campaigns that cover a wide range of above-the-line, below-the-line and digital media.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the University of New South Wales, ADMA Certificate and Australian Advertising Association Certificate.
Andrew Parker - Chief Information Officer
Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in technology delivery, management & leadership, within the financial services & retail sectors; most recently as Travelex's Head of IT for Asia Pacific & Global IT Transformation Lead.”
As CIO, Andrew is accountable for all aspects of IT across Secure Parking’s AU, NZ & UK businesses and will lead our IT strategy, ensuring that leading edge IT services are in place, to support Customers, car park operations, corporate functions and our business objectives. Andrew also heads up SecureTech, which delivers car park owners and operators, a range of equipment, technology, consulting and support & maintenance solutions.
Sheree O'Donovan - Customer Experience Manager
Sheree brings a wealth of customer focused knowledge attained from over 7 years in the customer experience sector. Sheree has been recognised throughout her career as a successful change manager, stemming from her strategic focus and interpersonal skills.
Sheree is responsible for championing the cause of the customer within the business by reviewing, recommending and implementing strategies to improve all aspects of the Secure customer experience, now and as we continue to innovate and provide new offerings to our customers, with the overall objective of improving customer satisfaction and driving business growth
Ian Richardson - General Counsel
Ian has an extensive background in property investment and development, financial services, leasing and commercial law across a number of industries. Ian has held legal counsel roles in-house and in private practice in Australia with over 20 years’ experience gained in organisations including Lendlease, Macquarie Bank and Clayton Utz.
In addition to being a qualified lawyer Ian also holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master in Property Investment and Development. He is also a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. As General Counsel Ian is responsible for the legal function, compliance and risk practices across the Secure Group.
