Melbourne Lockdown - What you need to know re parking

COVID-19 Update:

Following the update from the Victorian Government, from Wednesday night, 5 August, Secure Parking will be temporarily closing most car parks within Metropolitan Melbourne until 13 September 2020.

The following car parks will remain open for essential workers with uninterrupted access by taking a ticket:

  • 460 Lonsdale Street
  • 700 Collins Street
  • Como centre
  • 75 Dorcas street
  • ACU
  • Dendy Plaza
  • 14-20 Blackwood Street
  • 123 Queen Street
  • Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre Car Park (VCCC)
  • Frankston Private Hospital Car Park
  • Warringal Private Hospital Car Park
  • District Docklands East Car Park
  • District Docklands West Car Park

Our team are working through details of the new stage 4 restrictions as quickly as possible. What does this mean for me?

Access to monthly parking cardholders will remain uninterrupted, however we encourage you to refer to the advice from the Victorian Government.

Customers in Metropolitan Melbourne who have booked online or plan to drive up, will be unable to access car parks that are not included in the exemption list above.

What if I have an active Secure-a-Spot booking during this period?

As you will not be able to access the car park, if you have made an online booking between 6 August 2020 and 13 September 2020, we will be cancelling these bookings for you and the cost of the booking will be returned back to the credit card used during your booking.

How do I collect my car?

Please contact us on 1300 727 483 if your car remains within the car park and you are unable to access it. We are committed to following the advice from the Government and maintaining the health and safety of our team. If you have a monthly parking pass, you will able to collect your car and exit the car park.

What if I need to return my pass?

If you have cancelled your monthly parking account and need to return your pass/es, we will extend the return date of your pass until 26 September 2020.

How can I discuss my current parking arrangement?

As every customer situation is unique, we encourage you to contact us regarding your parking requirements during this period. We are here to support you and rely on your advice to know how we can best support you.
