FOR SERVICE AT BRISBANE CITY'S SHRINE OF REMEMBRANCE, ANZAC SQUARE.

Located between Ann and Adelaide Streets.

Important Information

The Dawn Service and Parade will affect parking and driving in the area, temporary changes to parking signage will commence from 7:00pm on Friday, 24 April 2026 and will be reinstated by 11.59pm on Saturday, 25 April 2026. 

Closed or inaccessible car parks

• 201 Charlotte Street Car Park - closed on public holidays
• Findex, Brisbane City Car Park - closed on public holidays
• Wintergarden Car Park - closed 4am to 3pm - Regular service resumes after 3pm.
• Post Office Square Car Park - inaccessible 3am to 3pm - Regular service resumes after 3pm.
• 480 Queen Street Car Park - Regular service resumes after 3pm.
• 167 Eagle Street Car Park - Regular service resumes after 3pm.
• 179 Turbot Street Car Park - Regular service resumes after 3pm.

No refund will be provided for Pre-Paid parking made for car parks that are affected by road closures.

From parade organisers - Charlotte Street restrictions Charlotte Street is operated, through traffic control, as a contraflow thoroughfare where there is no access to George Street during road closures for the CBD Anzac Day Parade. Due to the CrossRiverRail construction these restrictions are likely to increase at the junction of Charlotte and Albert possibly reducing the number of lanes available to transit. This area will be subject to traffic control for the duration of the event road closures.

FOR SERVICE IN SURFERS PARADISE.

Surfers Paradise will host a variety of ANZAC Day events, including the 2026 ANZAC Day March.

The march will commence at 5:00 am sharp, with the service starting at 5:30 am at the ANZAC Memorial.

5:45 AM - 7:00 AM - State War Memorial, Kings Park & Botanic Garden, Perth

QV1 Car Park - entry from 489 Murray Street 

Road closures and traffic detours will be in place on Saturday, 25 April, throughout the Perth CBD to ensure the safety of patrons and participants.

We recommend allowing additional travel time and planning your journey in advance to minimise disruption.

Perth CBD road closures from 5:00am - 1:00pm
