- the size of area required eg the number of car parking bays needed to accommodate your event or rooftop or whole car park
- the day of week and time of day eg out of normal business hours
- the number of people likely to attend the event or required to be there
- any additional parking requirements eg for guest parking on another level of the car park
- your contact details both phone and email
