Monthly Parking

1 A business must be an Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for business. A join fee of $89.50 applies. Fees are inclusive of any applicable GST and may be varied by Qantas from time to time, without notice, in its absolute discretion. Qantas Points for business are offered under Secure Parking's terms and conditions. Qantas Business Rewards membership and Qantas Points for business are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. To ensure that your business earns Qantas Points for business, you must register your Qantas Business Rewards membership number (your business ABN) on an ‘Qantas Business Rewards Member Linking Form’ (as supplied to you by a Secure Parking representative) when signing up for the 'Parking Licence Agreement'.

2 After the first three months, your business will earn 3 Qantas Points for business for every $1 spent on Monthly Parking.  Any claims in relation to Qantas Points for business must be made directly to Secure Parking

3 24 hour access is not available via a Monthly Parking Pass at Riverside Parramatta NSW, Sofitel Hotel NSW and Oaks on Lonsdale VIC.

New Monthly Parking Customers

Qantas Points for business can only be awarded to the Member whose name is on the Monthly Parking Bay contract. An establishment fee may apply to the set-up of any new Monthly Parking Bay contract. Fees may be varied by Secure Parking from time to time, without notice, in its absolute discretion.  A Security deposit is payable and fully refundable upon termination of account. If Eligible Monthly Parking Bay contracts are terminated by the customer early, Secure Parking reserves the right to withhold the security deposit. Bonus Qantas Points for business will be credited to the business’ Qantas Business Rewards account in equal monthly instalments for the term of the contract. Qantas Points may take up to 6 weeks from purchase to be credited to your business’ Qantas Business Rewards account. If a customer terminates their Monthly Parking Bay contract prior to the expiry of the contract period, they will not be eligible to receive any further monthly bonus Qantas Point for business instalments. Bonus Qantas Points for business not available to existing Secure Parking Monthly Parking customers.

After the completion of the third consecutive month of the eligible Monthly Parking Bay contract, 3 Qantas Points for business will be awarded for each dollar spent by Eligible New Customers on their Monthly Parking Bay contract. An Eligible New Customer means Eligible Customers who have not, in the preceding 12 months to entering a contract with the Participant, purchased a Monthly Parking Bay contract. An Eligible Customer is a Qantas Business Rewards Member that is entitled to participate in the Eligible Offer.

Eligible Monthly Parking Bay contracts must have a monthly value per individual parking bay of more than: New South Wales $399.00 per month, Australian Capital Territory $399.00, Victoria $299.00 per month, Queensland $399.00 per month South Australia $300.00 per month and Western Australia $300 per month.  Monthly Parking Bay contracts are subject to the availability of parking bays within a specific car park. Offer not transferable or available in conjunction with any other bonus offer or promotion.  Qantas Points for business are not redeemable for cash. During the Secure-a-Spot transaction booking process, customers must supply a valid  Qantas Business Rewards membership number (your business ABN number) in the booking registration form.  From 1 October 2014 earn 3 Qantas Points for business per AU$1 spent.  Please allow 6 weeks for Qantas Points to be credited to your Qantas Business Rewards account. New Advantage Parker Customers

6 Qantas Points for business can only be awarded to the Member whose name is on the Advantage Parker Card contract.  An eligible new Advantage Parker customer is defined as Qantas Business Rewards Member that has not previously held and Advantage Parker Card Account in the preceding 12-months.  An Eligible Customer is a Qantas Business Rewards Member that is entitled to participate in the Eligible Offer. A customer will be eligible to earn 20,000 bonus Qantas Points for business if they spend a minimum of $500 (inc GST) within the first 90 days from the date that they are issued with their Advantage Parker Card. Bonus Qantas Points for business are not available to existing Secure Parking Advantage Parker customers.
