Do I need to register to use the website?

No, the website is designed to help you find the nearest parking to your destination. After entering the date and time, you can filter by the closest or best-priced parking nearby. Both drive-up and online parking rates will be shown, with online pre-paid parking displayed first if available.

Registering/Signing in for the first time on the Secure Parking Website (or App)

To buy parking in advance, you need to create an account. For your security, we require you to register or create an account the first time you use the Secure Parking app or website. If you already have an account with the same email address, please sign in. For additional security, you will be asked to verify your email address and confirm you are a real person. How to change your password

Select ‘forgot password’ when logging in to the Secure Parking website or app. If you cannot find the prompt, go back a step or two in the sign-in process. After following the ‘forgot password’ prompts, you will receive an email to your nominated email account with a link to update your password.

Where to find your 6 Digit PINs or QR Codes for entering the car park

If you have pre-paid for parking or purchased a Flexi Voucher, you will have a 6-digit PIN and a QR Code to enter the car park. To find your PIN or QR Code, check:

• The confirmation email sent to your nominated email account.
• Your Google or Apple wallet, if added at the time of purchase.
• The ‘Upcoming’ purchases section when signed in.
• The ‘Purchases’ tab via the Account icon on a desktop or the footer menu on a mobile device.

How to enter and exit a car park when paid in advance

At Entry

At the majority of our car parks, you can enter using the unique QR code or PIN you received when you made the purchase online. Simply drive up to the entry device and either select “Scan QR code” or “Enter PIN”. You can find your PIN and QR code in the ‘Account’ tab under ‘Purchases’ when signed in on the website or in the app, or in your Google or Apple Wallet if you have used this function.

At Exit

Simply proceed to the exit and enter the same PIN or scan the QR code on your device. If any additional charges are owed, e.g. if you stayed longer than your expected paid time period, the difference for your stay will be calculated, and you will be asked to scan your payment card.

How to find your parking history or statements

The Account tab is your key to current and past pre-paid parking purchases with Secure Parking. If you need a record of transactions this is where you will find it when you are signed in on the website or app in the ‘Account’ tab. Look for ‘Activity Statement’ to find a receipt* or ‘Purchases’ then filter by 'Past' to find a car park you used previously.

*A record is only stored for a limited time and should be downloaded/copied for later use immediately to prevent archiving. Should this occur please contact us using the methods below.

Repeating a parking purchase

Look for ‘Upcoming’ and ‘Quick Repeat’ on the homepage of the Secure Parking website once signed in. Scroll down and allow time for us to retrieve your details. Alternatively, open the ‘Account’ tab and click on ‘Purchases’ to see both ‘Upcoming’ and ‘Past’ purchases.

How to purchase more than a single park - The shopping cart

You can shop for parking like any other online store, whilst picking up the best deal at the most convenient car park location. Simply add the parking products to your cart for the date and times you need. You are not limited to one purchase on the website, you can add as many as you need up to 45 days in advance.

How to use a Promo Code

You can apply a promotion code at checkout in the ‘cart’. Look for the ‘+ Add promotional code’ option. Remember, you must be signed into your account.

How to apply a Gift Card Credit

If you have a Gift Card applied to your account, it will appear as a payment option at checkout. You can select it for full or partial payment.
