How to Pay at a Secure Parking Car Park
Payment Options
Across Australia and New Zealand, Secure Parking partners with a range of trusted payment technology providers to offer flexible and convenient ways to pay when parking your car.
Below is an overview of the payment options available. Availability may vary by car park.
1. Pay by Plate
Use your credit card or mobile phone to pay at the payment machine located within the car park.
Simply enter your vehicle’s registration number and select the length of time you wish to park.
2. Scan to Pay
Scan the QR code displayed on Secure Parking signage within the car park.
You’ll be directed to payforyourparking.com, where you can select your length of stay and enter your parking details to complete payment. Learn more here.
3. Pay by App
Download the Secure Parking app to drive in, park, and pay directly from your phone - no need to visit a payment machine. Learn more about Pay by App here.
4. License Plate Recognition (LPR)
At car parks that use Licence Plate Recognition technology, there’s no need to pre‑purchase or pay at a payment machine.
Simply drive in and your vehicle will be automatically recognised on entry. Payment is made at exit. Learn more here.
5. Pay & Display
Pay at the payment machines inside the car park and display your ticket clearly on your dashboard for the duration of your stay.
6. Pre-pay online or Drive-up
Pre‑pay via the Secure Parking website or app or website by searching for your destination, date, and time.
Results are filtered to show the most suitable and best‑value options for your search. Where applicable, up to two parking product options per car park may be displayed.
When you pre‑pay, you’ll receive a PIN or QR code for entry and exit. This will be sent via email and is also available in the Account Purchases section when logged in on your mobile device. Learn more here.
7. Pay at ticket machine
Take a ticket on entry. Before returning to your car, pay at the payment machines inside the car park using your card or mobile phone.
Keep your ticket with you - you’ll need it to exit.
8. Subscription Parking by monthly invoice -
Monthly and long‑term subscription parking is available and paid via direct debit. To learn more click here.
